1301 site plan at the end of the TAC meeting

ALERT:
1301 S Ocean Drive (public community space) is on the PACO agenda for Monday, June 16 at 1:30 PM.
“Applicant: PRH 1301 South Ocean, LLC - Site Plan approval with possible flex.”
No citizen comments are allowed at PACO, but you can go in person to listen to the plan and then email the commissioners and planning staff afterwards with your comments.

No approvals are made at PACO, but a proposed site plan is put forward for staff to view.

PACO is part of the Technical Advisory Committee Meeting scheduled on June 16, 2025. It will likely be heard at the end of the TAC meeting. PACO is like a preview of what’s the developer plans to submit, and the plan gets its initial feedback from staff. June 16 Technical Advisory Committee meeting at 1:30 PM City Hall.
