We are thrilled to announce open auditions for Nutcracker 2025 on Saturday, August 23rd!
Auditions are open to all children aged 6 and up as well as young dancers aged 6 and up, experienced teen dancers, and adult dancers interested in participating in 5 performances of The Nutcracker at the Norwood Theatre. $35 Audition Fee which is applied to the Production Fee if accepted to the cast. There is also a reasonable Rehearsal Fee. Enrolled DAC students will be afforded priority casting.
Performance dates: December 19-21, 2025.

Audition Time Slots
Age 6-9 | 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Age 10-12 | 10:00-11:15 a.m.
Age 13+ | 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
Pointe audition (by invitation) | 12:45-1:30 p.m.
All dancers will audition on flat. If en pointe, please bring pointe shoes. If called, please be prepared to attend the pointe audition at 12:45 p.m.
