This is the initial gathering of our Intentional Transformation process! All Toledo Opera Guild members are invited!
We will analyze TOG procedures, policies, and activities with respect to our mission – you’ll hear it said often that “everything goes on the table” – then we collectively will suggest what to keep and what new ideas to incorporate. The goal will be developing a healthy, effective organization that honors its legacies while preparing for its future.
This first gathering will be a general overview of the process and attendees will set the goals and outline future transformation steps. Please come!
Suzanne Rorick, former executive director of Toledo Opera, graciously is welcoming us to her home for this gathering. Light refreshments will be offered.
