We know walking into a yoga class for the first time can be intimidating—that’s why we created this class with you in mind. Here, you’ll learn what to expect, how to move safely, and how to get the most out of your practice, all in a setting where questions are encouraged and curiosity is welcome.

In this class, you'll learn:

The core purpose and benefits of yoga (it’s more than just stretching!)

How to use props for support and alignment

Breath basics: how and why we breathe in yoga

Key sitting and standing poses, taught step-by-step

What to avoid and how to stay safe as you build your practice

No experience? No problem. Whether you’ve never stepped on a yoga mat or just want to revisit the essentials, this class is a gentle, welcoming way to begin. Come as you are, ask questions, and start your practice with confidence.
