Come join us for a day filled with yoga, meditation, and wellness activities to celebrate the International Day of Yoga!
Radha Devi Om and Urban Souls are hosting the International Day of Yoga-Hoboken! Join us on this auspicious day, the Summer Solstice, to celebrate the spiritual tradition of yoga and be part of a day aimed at bringing peace and unity to our community and our world.
The day will begin with a 15 minute rolling OM to blanket the community and world in peace, followed by several yoga classes led by some of Hoboken's most-loved yoga teachers, and will end with a Sound Bath led by Urban Souls and a Kirtan lead by Radha Devi Om.
Tickets are donation-based, suggested donation is $33 (price of a drop-in class), and all profits will be used to support Companion Animal Placement (CAP), Inc., a nonprofit rescue organization based out of Hudson County, NJ. CAP was founded in 1989, and since then, has placed hundreds of animals with their forever families. Our animals come from abusive homes and the street, have been abandoned, or have been rescued from shelters to escape euthanization.
Any donation $33 and above will recieve a goodie bag with many delicious gifts and offers.
