Vagus Nerve Reset: Reset and help connect the nerve that travels from the
brain to stomach. This Session is dedicated to the Vagus nerve where we feel
anxiety, acid reflux, and digestive discomfort. Sound is used to relax the nerve
and aid in releasing circulation and inflammation for better mind and digestion.
Melatonin Release: The pineal gland is located in the mid-line of the brain that
produces melatonin. Enjoy a session entirely concentrated on helping reset and
relax your pineal gland and para-sympathetic nervous system to aid in better
rest and feeling refreshed.
