Supporting the Nervous System
Join us for a grounding workshop designed to help you regulate, reset, and restore.

You’ll learn specific breathwork techniques, gentle yoga, and the deep rest of Yoga Nidra practices proven to support your nervous system and transform how you respond to stress. Feel more calm, clear, and connected on and off the mat.

As with all CENTRE Workshops there are only 10 spots, it’s cozy. 💛 $55 includes healthy snacks and juice.
