Join us for a Menopause Café hosted E J at Back to Balance LLC! This welcoming event is a space to share experiences, ask questions, and find support around menopause in a relaxed setting. At Menopause Café, there’s no set agenda or speaker—just real conversations about the physical, emotional, and mental changes that come with this natural stage of life. Share experiences, ask questions, and gain insight while connecting with a community that understands.

Light refreshments will be provided, creating a comfortable atmosphere to relax and chat. Let’s break the stigma around menopause and empower one another with shared knowledge and support!
