FREE Reading Club with Chelsea Dunk

Come join your Breathing Room community for a free monthly book club.

We will read books related to mind, body, and spirit with an emphasis on personal growth and wellness. Reading the book first is encouraged, but if you don't, feel free to come anyway; the discussion will be open and accessible to all.

Our first book will be Breath by James Nestor. We will discuss the book, experience breathing techniques, enjoy themed tea, and take home a free gift.
