💫 This yoga flow is open to all levels—from complete beginners to lifelong practitioners. Whether you’re new to the mat or deep into your journey, you’ll benefit from asanas that prepare the body for meditation and deepen your awareness. Props and options are provided throughout, allowing you to move safely, confidently, and in alignment with your needs.

Shaded Stillness: Walking Meditation with Mala, Earth Journaling & Tuning Fork Activation (1 hr)
Let nature cradle you in cool shade. Begin with a Walking Meditation using a 27-knot Mala, designed to be passed through the fingers four times to complete a mindful 108-count cycle. Each step becomes a breath, each knot a sacred pause.
Return to stillness with bare feet on the earth or palms in the soil as you drop into reflective writing inspired by the wisdom of the body and land.
