Summer at the Well: Ready Minds, Steady Start

Whether it be making friends, listening in a classroom, or persevering when the work is hard, it’s understandable for parents to worry about their child going back to school. As professional counselors, we at EmpathyWell are here to help! This one-week camp will focus on preparing your child for the school year so they are set up for success!

This interactive camp, designed for a limited number of participants and based on the principles of play, offers your child an opportunity to prepare for the school year while having fun. Each activity will be led by a play therapist expert who is professionally trained to know how to engage your child. Through the week, camp leaders will discover the best ways to inspire your child to learn, listen, and enjoy activities.

At the end of the week, parents will receive an individualized list of recommendations for parents and teachers uniquely developed for your child to have a successful 2025-26 school year.

This 5-day summer program is $320 (plus tax) per child. The registration fee includes five mornings of fun activities led by a play therapist expert who is professionally trained to know how to engage your child. Snacks and beverages will be provided to all children (included in registration fee). This fee also includes an individualized list of recommendations for parents and teachers uniquely developed for your child.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Registration cancellation refund requests should be submitted to EmpathyWell in writing at aW5mbyB8IGVtcGF0aHl3ZWxsICEgY29t or through EventBrite. The registration fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded only if the request is received 30 days prior to the beginning of the event. EmpathyWell reserves the right to cancel this event in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If such occurs, EmpathyWell will attempt to notify registrants prior to the event and refund all registration fees. In all instances, the liability of EmpathyWell is limited to refunding such fees.
