This one hour lesson is designed for those swimmers who previously attended a beginners/intermediate front crawl course.

A password is required to book onto the lesson.

This one hour lesson will again look at your front crawl and see how things are improving.

Look at it as a one hour technique refresher lesson where you can be given feedback on how you are doing, and further teaching points.
