We meet in the golden glow of late summer, the days still warm, the light rich and full.
This Monday we harvest the light, soaking up summer’s golden energy and gathering the resources that will carry us into the months ahead.
We’ll:
● Begin with a meditation & breathwork
● Share practical self-care ideas in preparation
● Draw guidance from a nature oracle card
● Flow into a shamanic dance
● Rest in the deep stillness of a sound bath
● Close with herbal tea and warm connection
