Calling all Hull runners - join us for a 10km Shakeout across the Humber hosted by ALTUS Running & Efectiv Nutrition. Whether you're a seasoned runner or you're yet to run a 10km yourself, we're welcoming runners of all abilities to complete this challenge with our growing community of runners.
For you seasoned runners chasing a PB - come test yourself for an (unofficial) PB. For those who want to try a new distance - come join us & complete your first 10km. For those who just want to run a 10km alongside other local runners - this is the event for you.
