Join us as we harness the powerful, expansive energy of the Aquarius Super Moon! A night of healing, reflection, and lunar magic.

What to Expect:
This 2-hour workshop is a sacred space to reconnect with yourself and set clear intentions. Together, we’ll move through:

• Grounding meditation & breathwork
• Gentle movement to awaken the body
• Guided journaling & reflection
• A powerful full moon releasing ritual
• Energy cleansing & intention setting
• A relaxing, restorative sound bath under the moon’s glow

What to Bring:
• A clean glass jar or vessel with a lid (filled with water to create your own Moon Water)
• Your journal and a pen
• A blanket and pillow for comfort
• A yoga mat or something soft to lie on

Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and deeply connected.
