WAAS is offering the opportunity to enrol in one of two workshop to learn about the art and science of making ambrosia.
This is a hands-on, practical workshop
You will learn the basic principles of fermentation and how they can be applied to honey
Plus, ideas for ambrosia recipes
We will put down a brew, bottle and take home a bottle of ambrosia.
You need to bee a WAAS member to attend this workshop and can bring up to 2 guests with you.

Venue: Swan Settlers Market : 124 Lennard St, Herne Hill – Function Room
The Swan Settlers Market is only 30 minutes from the Perth CBD and has plenty of parking. The Market has lots of stalls and food for you to check out before or after the course.
