The Cookbook & Supper Club

The Cookbook & Supper Club is what happens when a bookshop and a restaurant decide to host a dinner party.

Each month, The Book Cottage and CanD’s Kitchen choose a cookbook and build an evening around it. Good food, a warm fire, excellent company, and conversation that doesn’t end with the last course.

This July, we’re cooking from Lampedusa Pie by Andrea Burgener. A delightfully offbeat celebration of flavour, nostalgia, and the chaotic joy of food.

On the menu:
— 24-Hour Shoulder of Pork (affectionately known as Pork Donnie Brasco)
— Cauliflower Cheese the way it should be
— Fennel, Chilli & Cucumber Salad
— Marmalade & Apple Pudding Cake

Books available on the night. Seating is limited.
