👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 CONFIDENCE BOOST CAMP + POWER HOUR

The Power Hour is an add-on to the Bootcamp experience, included in the cost for teens and open to parents who wish to join.

During this special session, teens and parents will:
🌿 Understand the adolescent brain—why big feelings and risk-taking are normal
🌿 Learn calm, confident ways to respond to emotions
🌿 Get skincare and self-image tips from Solanie Lottering (The Hummingbird), including:
✨ Which products to use (and avoid)
✨ Simple daily habits for healthier skin
