Join us for a day of exploration of the self, family and relationship dynamics. Held in a safe and welcoming environment, in the group you will have the opportunity to witness yourself and each other, as we explore dynamics in your life, that require some attention.
I am a trained Counsellor and Art Therapist and have completed my constellations training in Sydney. This exploration will be held at Radius Art, in the lovely heated exhibition space.
As your facilitator, I will guide you through some group processes, in small groups and all together. As we are connected through the energy field, we are able to drop in to experience each other's feelings, emotions and dynamics, giving ourselves the opportunity to see ourselves from an outside perspective.
For people who haven't had the pleasure of experiencing this type of healing modality, here is a very brief explanation, of what you will experience.
- As a participant, if you are doing your constellation, you will briefly describe to the facilitator and group the dynamic you may want to explore. This could be anything, from your feelings of self worth, a friction in a relationship or an addiction you have.
- Once you've described this, you will choose participants as representatives of the aspects you're wanting to explore. For many constellations the family member's are chosen to enter the circle.
- From this point representatives will explain how they are feeling and what is coming up for them, this is guided by the facilitator.
This healing modality is used across the world and in some countries is used in the court system, to obtain a clear insight into a family system. Participants have described constellations as magic and powerful, as they have experienced changes within their lives through participation.
