Audition Details:
Aug 13, 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Aug 16, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Audition Location: Mary Cariola Center, 1540 Mount Hope Ave, Rochester, NY 14620
For the audition, please prepare up to 32 measures of music similar to theme of the show. In addition to your vocal audition, we will assess your vocal range. An accompanist will be provided. Please bring sheet music. You will also be asked to read from the script. Please also wear or bring comfortable dance attire, as all auditioning will be required to learn a short dance/movement combination. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the designated time to complete the paperwork. Rehearsal conflicts must be presented at the time of auditions. Bring a headshot, resume, and conflicts to the audition.
Rehearsals: (begin Sept 6)
Saturdays: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM; Mondays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM & Tuesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Note: Mondays and Tuesdays will be called for specific scenes/characters)
Tech Rehearsal:
Nov 1 (9:30 AM – 1:30 PM)
Nov 3 - 6 (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Performs:
Nov 7 @ 7:00 PM
Nov 8 @ 2:00 PM & 7:00 PM
