As the vibrations flow through you, they dissolve stagnant energy, awaken dormant vitality, and guide your body, mind, and spirit into a state of profound balance. The carefully chosen instruments are intuitively played, creating a one-of-a-kind soundscape that responds to the energy and needs of the group.
The experience may be intense at times, as the resonant frequencies stir your innermost layers, inviting the release of what no longer serves you. As old energies melt away, you’ll welcome renewed vitality, clarity, and alignment across all levels of your being.
This is more than a sound bath—it’s a powerful, magical, and deeply healing experience that will leave you feeling lighter, more connected, and energetically aligned. Come with an open heart and leave transformed.
What we provide: We provide yoga mats, pillows and blanket for your comfort. We encourage you to lay down during the session and allow the sound to relax you into a meditative state.
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a container of water. No need to bring anything else.
Arrive on time: We graciously ask you to please arrive 5 to 10minutes prior to the event so that you can settle in. The doors will be closed at once we're ready to begin and no one will be allowed to enter once the Sound Bath has begun to minimize disruption for the other Sound Bath participants.
