Miss Mia (Denmark) – Professional Hula Hoop Performer & Instructor
Miss Mia is a professional hula hoop performer and instructor with more than 17 years of experience delivering shows and teaching hoopers of all ages — from 4 to 92. In 2011, she released the first European hula hoop training DVD. Her stage and event performances span from national television, theatres, cultural venues, festivals, and music stages across Denmark, Europe and abroad — including shows in Las Vegas, San Diego, and Nashville, USA.
Miss Mia (Mia Panduro) is an EHFA-certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and fitness instructor. She holds an MA in Media Studies and a BA in Theatre and Performance Studies, as well as KAI diplomas in sports injuries, sports massage, senior training, and training for children and youth.
Her workshops combine professional performance technique, physical training, creativity, and accessible skill-building. Whether working with beginners or experienced movers, Mia creates an encouraging and energetic learning environment where participants can develop confidence, explore new skills, and experience the joy of movement.
