Tervetuloa pehmoisen pörröiseen Halikasapesäämme Töölössä!
Alussa lämmittelemme kehomme ja teemme muutamia helppoja yhteyttä luovia harjoituksia. Harjoittelemme myös rajojemme tunnistamista ja EI:n sanomista, sekä kasaan menoa ja kasasta poistumista. Sitten hiljennymme nauttimaan toisten kehojen lämmöstä. Lopussa lyhyt jakaminen miltä tuntui.
Alustamme turvallisen tilan, jossa kaikki ovat tervetulleita juuri sellaisina kuin ovat. Tila on ei-seksuaalinen ja toivomme, että kaikki osallistujat toimivat niin, että tilassa vallitsee pyyteetön platoninen läheisyys. Intentiona on rauhoittaa hermostoa ja maadoittua kollektiivisesti.
Tapahtumassa on ohjattu rakenne, joka takaa turvallisen ja helpon lähestymisen läheisyyteen ja halikasailuun. Voit olla mukana omalla rytmilläsi, pitää taukoa tai antautua halikasan syleilyyn pidemmäksikin aikaa. Yhdessä laskeutuessamme voimme kokea kehojen rentoutuvan ja neutraalin läheisyyden hoivan.

Are you longing for relaxation, settling into presence or stress-relieving activities for your autumn?
Come along and experience the healing power of platonic closeness, in an event of cuddle puddle. ❣️
The event has a guided structure that guarantees a safe and easy approach to the closeness, cuddle puddle and touch. You can join in at your own pace, take a break or surrender to the embrace of the cuddle pile for a longer period of time. We can experience the relaxation of the bodies and the nurturing and healing power of neutral closeness and platonic touch.

Please arrive on Thursdays between 6-6:30pm, and during that time you can eat your dinner if you want. Please remember to bring own cutlery! We close the door at 6:30 and the facilitation starts and end the evening at 9pm.

We close the door at 4:30 and the facilitation starts, and we end the evening at 8pm. On Sunday's we MUSH 1 hour longer, and suggest to use the 25-39€ sliding scale for payments.
Please wear soft comfortable clothes, and avoid hard buttons and belts and strong perfumes or after shave.
