Move kindly is a beginner-friendly movement class for joint, muscle and brain health. We use small, precise actions to wake up proprioception your body’s built-in sense of position, so you'd feel steadier, softer, and more at home in your body.
There’s no pressure, no performance here. You’ll get clear, simple steps and options for every body. We explore somatic puzzles gentle movement challenges that invite curiosity instead of strain, so your joints get nourished and your brain refreshes its body-map. Think of it as a tune-up: easy ranges, smooth circles, light coordination, and restful resets.
Why it matters: joints are fed by movement; the nervous system thrives on varied, low-stress input; consistent gentle practice can reduce stiffness, improve balance, and calm your stress response. This class gives you a practical way to keep that system humming, no fancy gear, no flexibility required.

What to expect:

GHIA LUMIA (she/her) is a curious circus artist dedicated to continuous growth. She has delved into a versatile performing career, collaborating with international groups and festivals in Northern Europe including Big Wolf Company (EE), Ilmatila ry (FI), Acting for Climate (NO), and Sirkus Faktori (FI). Recently, she has also led workshops and coordinated projects to advance contemporary circus field and especially creative acrobatics scenery in the cities of Helsinki and Oslo.
She is especially drawn to art's capability to explore the inner realms of the mind and emotions, creating unique, ephemeral spaces. For Ghia, art is an invitation to think regardless of words sometimes enticing, sometimes challenging with an emphasis on playful associations, refined movement, tactile expression, authenticity, and vibrant visual and musical qualities.
