Lecture: Higher Education and Inequalities in New Zealand: Concepts, Causes, and Policy Responses"

Warm welcome to the first hybrid lecture in the Lecture Series “Education and Inequalities in Uncertain Times: Critical Perspectives on Education Futures”. The lecture will take place on Wednesday, August 20th, 12-13.30 (GMT +3), at Minerva-plaza, Faculty of Educational Sciences, University of Helsinki. The lecture will also be streamed online.

Our first lecture is titled "Higher Education Inequalities in New Zealand: Concepts, Causes, and Policy Responses" by Associate Professor Pii-Tuulia Nikula, Eastern Institute of Technology in New Zealand.

The Lecture Series is organised by the Research group focusing on the Sociology and Politics of Education (KUPOLI), the AGORA Research Centre for the Study of Social Justice and Equality in Education, and the Education & Society Research Community at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, University of Helsinki.
