Help Me Help You concept & description:

A movement celebrating the success of the common people, that of working hard when we are driven by a common cause. 

We learn to express what we actually need now in order to move closer to a personal or work goal and then offer this to a community of people that wanna take their time to give hands-on, practical solutions in real time.

It is an event where we get about 40 to 50 people together.

I ask people in the audience what it is they want or need.

Maybe someone needs a baby sitter so they can go on a date with their spouse, maybe someone needs an internship or maybe someone would like to learn how to make Thai food.

Then, together with the audience, we find a practical solution that can be implemented straight away.

Why don’t we ask for help?

Why don’t we offer actively support?

• And even if we do, do we ask for help in such a way that I know how I can help?

All this to give a counter balance to the current culture of hyper independence and the overall  undercurrent of negativity.

To teach people again to rely on one another and that we are not alone.
