Game tech, XR, VR industry people: let's get together after the summer and envision the upcoming Autumn and Winter 2025-2026. The theme will be industry events & trade fairs - tips & tricks.

Come share with others and learn what events are worth your time & money, and how to efficiently use your resources for a successful event outcome.

Sandwiches, coffee/tea and soft drinks will be provided.

Themes to be discussed:

• Event experiences - do' s and don'ts
• Event recommendations - where to go & why
• Advantages (and disadvantages) of having a stand/booth or being an event speaker

We'll get together at GTC Café, a short walk from Kamppi metro station at Ruoholahdenkatu 8. After the event, possibility to relax by playing the over 140 board games available at the cafe :)
