Join us for a weekend full of Balboa at the end of September!
Andrew Wilson and Amey Zhang are coming to teach in Helsinki on September 20th and 21st.
Classes on three levels at BPS studio:
Intermediate-Advanced: 4 hours of classes with Andrew and Amey
Improver-Intermediate: 4 hours of classes with Andrew and Amey
Beginner: 2 hours of classes with Minna and Teemu
Parties with DJ music on Saturday and Sunday at BPS studio are included with the workshop classes.
Single tickets can be purchased at the door for 10€.
Andrew and Amey are Balboa instructors currently teaching Munich. Both are passionate advocates of 'learning by doing,' their classes offer plenty of opportunities to try on new ideas and receive targeted feedback. Over the course of the weekend expect to revisit fundamentals with fresh eyes, continue developing a sense of ownership of your movement, and spend lots of time dancing in class!
Andrew and Amey will teach two levels during the weekend. In the registration form we will ask about your dance experience and we will form two groups based on the registrations. We expect one group to have advanced and some intermediate dancers, and the other group improvers and some intermediate dancers.
Our local teachers Minna and Teemu will also teach a short beginner's track just before the parties on Saturday and Sunday.
