We’re turning 11 and you’re invited!
Join us for a morning of inspiration, community, and creativity as we explore this month’s global theme: BLOSSOM.
Our speaker is Kati Mayfield, founder of FloweRescue ry.
Originally from the United States, Kati came to Helsinki to study at Aalto University — planning to stay two years. Nine years later, she’s still here and has built a thriving nonprofit that rescues flowers and gives them a second life.
Through FloweRescue, Kati and her team collect surplus flowers and use them in creative workshops for senior citizens and other vulnerable groups, creating moments of joy, connection, and well-being.
At our September birthday edition, Kati will share her journey of
