Max and Louise began their dance journey in modern jive before shifting to West Coast Swing. With nearly a decade of experience in the style, they now teach regularly in London, sharing their passion through dynamic, welcoming classes. With a focus on strong fundamentals and authentic partner connection, Max and Louise are dedicated to making every class both fun and accessible for dancers of all levels.

We are passionate about west coast swing and hope to grow the community in the area and support all clubs in the country.
West Coast Swing is a smooth, modern, and versatile partner dance that emphasizes connection, creativity, and musical interpretation. It's danced in a linear slot, allowing for elegant movements and intricate patterns between the leader and follower. Known for its adaptability, West Coast Swing can be danced to a wide variety of music genres, including blues, pop, R&B, funk, and contemporary hits.
You don't need to role balance for classes, but please encourage all roles to attend so we can get an equal spread. You don't need to book in advance but we encourage you to attend regularly to get the rhythm in your body's muscle memory. Flat shoes are advisable.
