Sangha - pranayama and meditation community

Pranayama & Meditation SanghaCome as you are and join our welcoming sangha gathering on the first and third Monday of each month. Together, we’ll explore Buddhist-inspired meditation and pranayama (breathwork) to help calm the mind, open the heart, and reconnect with stillness.

Whether you're completely new or have an existing practice, all are warmly welcome.

Sessions are donation-based in support of ShelterBox, providing emergency shelter to those affected by disaster.
