Moving to the Music

Come and join us for this fun class where we are going to learn to do some easy-peasy line dancing with our new instructor, Kristi, from the Coeur d'Alene Kroc Center. Socialization and exercise slow the progression of Parkinson's, so let's get out and have some fun. Walkers, canes and even wheelchairs are fine. Everybody just does what they can at their own ability level, even if it's just listening to the music.
