This session is designed as a more advanced electricity on the farm session, and children will be expected to undertsnad what a circuit is, and how electricity flows.
We will consider AC and DC and where each is used in the farm environment.
We will also consider sustainability and the use of solar, wind and hydroelectric as solutions.
We will think about whether recharegable batteries are a good idea.
Lots on both electricity and sustainability, thinking about living off grid, and how we would have to change our habits. Carbon footprint, environmental impact of waste etc.
