Simple Suppers

This relaxed and welcoming evening class is perfect for anyone who feels a little unsure in the kitchen. Together, we’ll prepare three delicious, family-friendly dishes while exploring a range of essential cooking techniques designed to boost your confidence.

Knife skills will be a key focus, alongside practical tips on choosing oils, using equipment effectively, and handling food safely. You’ll also learn simple ways to adapt each recipe, so you can easily mix things up at home.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave feeling empowered to recreate these meals and excited to try new ones on your own!
