BBQ like a Pro - evening class - 2 spaces left!

Are you ready to take your barbecuing to the next level? You’ll learn the tricks of the trade to cook a perfect steak, how to cook the perfect roast on your barbecue, side dishes and even a dessert to delight your guests.

We will cook on both gas and charcoal barbecues with all dishes working on both, so whichever you have at home, you will be able to recreate the dishes.

With a menu to impress we will ensure that you make the most of your barbecue this season:

Loaded bruschetta
Roasted pork loin
Potato gratin
Garlic wilted greens
The perfect steak
Peanut butter chocolate fondants (without the peanut butter if you prefer)
