We’re excited to host a three-part Health Series with Holly and Sarah - two passionate health professionals committed to empowering women with real, practical knowledge about their bodies and wellbeing.
✨ Holly is a Taradale-based Chiropractor with a special interest in women’s health. She’s passionate about helping women understand how their bodies work, especially when it comes to stress, hormones, and long-term health challenges.
🌿 Sarah is a dedicated Homeopath currently completing her Master of Applied Health Science (Wellness & Rehabilitation), with a focus on pain management. She brings deep clinical knowledge and a holistic approach to supporting chronic and complex conditions.
Together, Holly and Sarah are creating space for honest, supportive kōrero—backed by research and clinical experience—to help wāhine take charge of their health journeys.
