Vendor Fees:
$25 for Two Parking Spaces
$40 for Four Parking Spaces
Space will be assigned by HSAC as applications are recieved.
Stop by the Hartland Senior Activity Center to Register to be a Vendor.

Vendor Rules:
• Arrive no earlier than 6am for setup. Vehicles removed no later than 7:45am.
• After unloading your vehicle, it must be moved to the other parking lot. It cannot remain at your space. It is imperative that you unload and move your vehicle quickly to make room for other vendors to unload. Trailers with large items will be considered on a case by case basis.
• No break down earlier than 2pm day of the event.
• Sales of weapons, drugs, refreshments or food items are prohibited.
• This is a rain or shine event. NO REFUNDS will be issued.
• Shade shelters are allowed, but all tents must be weighted down.
• You are responsible for removal of all unsold items. Nothing can be left on school property.
• Port-a-Johns will be available. No indoor facilities will be available for use.
• No smoking or alcohol on school property.
