For almost two decades, Rachel Montgomery has been on a quest to develop an arsenal of tools to improve quality of life for herself and others. This led to the creation of her coaching business, Mind Warrior Fitness; Mind-Body Training to Elevate Your Reality. The Mind Warrior Fitness method is rooted in practices that develop self-awareness, emotional regulation and a balanced nervous system.
Incorporating tools like meditation, yoga, EFT, hypnosis, mindset, exercise and nutrition, true and lasting transformation becomes possible. Rachel became a certified yoga teacher at West Hartford Yoga in 2015. She then went on to become certified in EFT, hypnosis and mindset modalities to further inform the transformational work she hopes to bring to her community and the world at large.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, hiking, and taking care of her menagerie of furry friends.
