*This event is catered to a 21+ crowd. All are welcome! Class will begin at 4pm and end with a sound bath - 45mins total. Coffee, coquito tasting, and refreshments to follow.

🧘 BYO mat - Although there is no dress code for the event, festive holiday flair is encouraged. Other suggested props include yoga blanket, block, and eye pillow.
