Starting with a gentle Yin Yoga practice:

• Prepares one for stillness
• Softens the body and mind so that Yoga Nidra can unfold with greater ease
Yoga Nidra is also called savasana or the "yogic sleep" at the end of class.

This session uniquely focuses on the theme of abundance. Yoga, breathing, and meditation are included in the practice.
Participants may choose to bring cushions, extra blankets, an eye pillow, and a journal or make use of studio props.

Kyle's yogic path began with a quest for healing and meaning. Seeking relief from the crushing challenges of PTSD and depression, he discovered the transformative power of yoga and the Ayurvedic lifestyle. These ancient practices became a lifeline, offering tools to break free from the confines of his past and a new vision for a future grounded in mindfulness and radical appreciation. Kyle completed his 200-hour yoga certification with Moksha Amazonica (Peru) in 2022.
In addition to his yoga journey, Kyle dedicated twenty years of his life to military service and has been a high school social studies teacher for the past sixteen years.
