WHY Kids (age 4 - 10) / Mary LaChappelle

Brings the basics and benefits of yoga to your little ones as they have fun with “downward dog”, “tree”, “cobra” and more. A safe space for your kids to move and breathe, led by a yoga instructor specifically trained to work with youngsters and their needs. Calms and centers the growing body and mind.

Sundays: June 29 | July 27 | August 17 | September 14 | October 12 | November 2 | December 14

$12 per child, drop-in only
