"Dream Up a Character" Trading Card Design Program for Kids at the Jesse Smith Library

Open to kids entering grades 1 - 5.

We are partnering with The GIANT Room to give kids the opportunity to create, design, and keep their own character trading card. Attend the event to complete a Mission Sheet with your original character drawing, name, and powers. Hand in the Mission Sheet to the Children's Librarians. The library staff will submit the sheets to The GIANT Room. Using AI, the drawings will be transformed into a professional trading card. In early August, kids can come to the library to pick up their trading card.

*Limited to the first 50 Mission Sheet submissions.*

Drop-in style. No registration needed. Held in the Children's Program Room (2nd floor).

*If the library does not reach 50 submissions at this Sat. June 21, 2025 event, families may drop in to the Children’s Dept. starting on Mon. June 23 to complete and submit a Mission Sheet. While supplies last.*
