After the free trial session, athletes can join the full program starting at just $12.50 per session.

Weekly Class Schedule:
• Ages 7–12:
📅 Weekdays & Saturdays (light coordination, speed games, body control)
• Ages 13–18:
📅 Weekdays & Saturdays (true performance training: sprint mechanics, footwork, strength and power movements)

💪 Classes are grouped by age and intensity to match each athlete’s level.
