Dessert Throw down!

Show off your baking skills at the 5th annual Dessert Throwdown! Submit homemade baked goods on Saturday June 21st against your family and friends! See rules below.

Dessert Throw down at the Breckinridge County Fair
located in the back half of the Merchants Building beginning at 4:00 pm on Saturday June 21st.

1. Registration is Free with paid gate admission
2. Entries will be accepted beginning at 4:00 pm on Saturday
3. Entry submission will end at 5:00 pm
4. Judging will begin at 5:30 pm
5. Three Adult classes will be available to submit; Cakes, Cookies, and Pastries (brownies, pies, crepes, etc)
6. 2 kid’s open classes will be available as well. Ages 0-12 and Ages 13-17
7. 3-5 judges will be preselected and judging will be based on Presentation, Taste, and uniformity
8. No Store Bought Items will be accepted.
9. All Entries must be homemade and brought in a clean, enclosed container.
10. Cookie and pastry class need to bring 10 items for your submission
11. Cakes must be submitted uncut
