Mat Pilates at the RWB

We are excited to announce that there is a NEW Mat Pilates class beginning at the RWB in September! 🧘

Join us on Tuesdays in Sept/Oct for a workout that takes the techniques of Pilates to the floor, focusing on core strength, balance, flexibility, and awareness of your body.

CLASS DATES: Sept 2 (free class), 23, 30, Oct 7

This is a beginner friendly, multi-level class. Instructor Dianne will demonstrate modifications up and down in difficulty to meet you exactly where you are at.

Come on down for a FREE CLASS on September 2nd to try it out! Bring your own mat, or we have a limited number of mats that can be borrowed.
