Come on down to Allen Street this Friday, October 24, 2025 from 5:00-6:30 PM for a spooky and sweet trick or treat with HPR, downtown businesses, and community organizations. Make sure to wear a costume and come ready to collect yummy treats! We can't wait to see you there in your best spooky season attire.
