Join us every Saturday for Slayday Saturdays, a unique twist on Pilates by the beach—where every week comes with a fresh new theme! From anime to tutus, we’re serving stretch and style. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just trying something new, come ready to vibe, move, and laugh in community.
What to bring:
• A yoga mat or towel
• Good VIBES!!!!!
• Your themed outfit (optional but highly encouraged!)

Weekly THEMES:
1. Anime & Abs
Theme: Dress as your favorite anime character! From Sailor Moon to Goku, let your inner otaku shine while we tone.
“Kamehameha those core muscles!”
2. Tutus & Toning
Theme: Think ballerina-core! Tutus, leg warmers, and graceful vibes while we hit deep stretches and elegant poses.
“It’s giving plié & Pilates.”
3. Superhero Stretch
Theme: Come as your favorite superhero—Marvel, DC, or your own creation. Capes, masks, and power poses welcome.
“Strength meets superpowers.”
4. Y2K & Yoga Mats
Theme: Juicy Couture, butterfly clips, velour sets, and throwback vibes. It’s early 2000s realness on the beach.
“Bend it like Bratz.”
