Take space in your week to slow down, find stillness and connect inwards through the practice of Yin Yoga.

In this slow yet deep form of yoga, we hold each posture for 5-10 minutes, accessing the web of tissue known as the fascia to release tension and stuckness on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
