This event has a maximum capacity of 16 people. We often sell out, so be sure to secure your ticket in advance.
When: Saturday, August 9th, 9:30am Registration, 10am Round 1 Starts
Entry Fee: $30 or 8 Hero's Rewards (Pizza lunch included!).
Format: 3 Rounds, 2000 Points, 10th Edition, Chapter Approved 2025-26 Mission Deck (Each player will need their own set of cards for Secondary Objectives) Primary Missions and the Mission Rule will be determined by the TO for all tables each round.
Terrain for this event is pre-set.
Lists for this event must be submitted by Friday August 8th at midnight. Lists may not include Legends.
Results for this event will be submitted to ITC.
Timing: Each table will have a Chess Clock, with 75 minutes allocated to each player. When a player is out of time on their clock, they may not take any action that requires them to make a choice, though they may still roll saves, and score objectives as normal. Clocks may not be paused by anyone other than a judge or event organizer. In addition, there is a two and a half hour round timer. If players do not use the clocks, or fail to properly use them, we will have a Dice Down policy, and players will submit the current game score as the result at the end of the round timer.

Round 3 Ends: 6:45pm
Awards and Closing: 6:50pm
Painting and Conversions: While we encourage players to have a fully painted and based army, models are not required to be painted (Though you will lose out on 10 "Battle Ready" victory points if they aren't!) but they must be fully assembled. All models are expected to be WYSIWYG to a reasonable standard. Exceptions will be made for themed units or armies. If in doubt about whether or not a "Counts as" model is okay, please contact us with a picture of your model before the event.
All 3D Printed models used in our game hall must be fully painted.
