Grief Cafe Peer Support Group

This peer support group is designed to provide a safe space to normalise conversations surrounding the various emotions and challenges that accompany loss. It allows participants to express their feelings without fear of judgment or misunderstanding. This group also extends its resources to individuals who are helping loved ones navigate their grief journeys.
